No work should be free

Good pay can raise a good community.

I will pay the work well with the one I required and sign the necessary contacts before start. If I don’t have enough budget in the mean time, I will not ask other to work free for me, if I paid less than I want to provide, I will make the compensate later.

If someone want to take something free from a Chinese without admitting, he/she’d better respect the wisdom of the Chinese before starting.
