Lady Engineers

During the years of my working ages, I met quite a few of great lady engineers.

Some of them are creative, some of them are initiative, some of them are critic of quality, Some of them are good at building up business.

People maybe can not imagine that even in early of last century, women have made their feet smaller when they are only 5 years old.

It’s said face was born, but the little feet are made through hard work. Women from 10th centuries are judged by their feet.

It hurts a lot. John King Fairbank made a record of a woman in his book China Bound A fifty year Memoir.

Now, lady engineers are working in many industries. Except the limitation of the labor hold, lady engineers do very good on the traditional female dominated industries and some new technology industries, working as designer, analyst, developer, etc.
