Tic Tac Toe game is a game to link three chess in a straight line.
A very simple chess game.
It’s a very old game, I’m not sure when or where it was invented,maybe hundreds of years ago. I had played it more than twenty years ago.
It’s good for little kids to play. For grown ups, it maybe too simple.
The game have two types of chess, two game players, one game board.
Chess can be everything that can be put on the game board but are different from one to one. Players can also paint or draw some by themselves.
I made a set of chess last month, each kind has 5 chess, one kind has the letter O on the chess, another kind has the letter X on the chess.
Now, Let’s draw a game board. Two straight lines horizontally, and two straight lines vertically.
The rule to win the game is to make three chess of one kind on a straight line, horizontally,vertically, or from corner to corner, the player puts one chess on the board in one turn.
I record a video of playing the game with the real wooden chess made by myself. To add the voice interpretation by the computer, I made another round of the game on the windows by painting as shown above. In the game of the video, the chess are drawn into two different types randomly, for convenience of painting with existing shapes, I select the square and circle.
The file size is different between two videos, the one made on the computer is extremely smaller than the one made on the phone though the later one is much shorter than the former one.
So this game can be played everywhere in a quick preparation.
How many ways to win the game and how many moves of each way, can be calculated like a math problem. When the game is developed as a computer game, a web page game or phone game, a designer will usually think about setting up the complexity, for example increase the lines to make more cubic, or increase the kinds of chess to allow more players to play at the same time, or let the chess can be replaced or deleted under some rules.
