It’s Not easy to make a Chinese Handwriting recognition method in App offline

One of my favorites is Chinese language. Handwriting a Chinese character and checking whether it is correct or not, can spend the spare time quickly when waiting for something.

I need a Chinese handwriting recognition method to input the characters, which can prompt only one precise characters after input. What’s the better solution?
